This position offers a consistent weekday schedule, dedicated documentation time, production-based earning potential, and specialized training from experienced sleep medicine clinicians. You will independently manage a patient panel with medical-director and administrative support. Position Highlights Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Last appointment scheduled between 3:30 and 4:00 p.m. Dedicated documentation time Approximately 20 patients per day Competitive base salary plus production bonus Outpatient care for pediatric through geriatric patients Sleep medicine training available Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off 401(k) with company match Responsibilities Evaluate patients with suspected or diagnosed sleep disorders Review and explain sleep-study results Diagnose and manage sleep apnea, insomnia, narcolepsy, parasomnias, and related conditions Develop individualized treatment plans Prescribe and manage CPAP, Inspire, Remedē, medications, and other therapies Monitor treatment effectiveness and patient adherence Manage new consultations and established-patient follow-ups Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with the medical director and interdisciplinary care team Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program Current NCCPA certification Active New Mexico Physician Assistant license Current Medicare and Medicaid enrollment At least two years of direct patient-care experience preferred Sleep medicine experience preferred but not required Pulmonary, ENT, neurology, or family practice experience is relevant Comfortable treating patients across the lifespan EMR proficiency and strong computer skills Spanish-language proficiency is a plus Strong communication and independent clinical decision-making skills Develop specialized expertise in sleep medicine while maintaining a predictable daytime schedule and strong earning potential.
