This role involves providing comprehensive patient care across three full-time clinics throughout the valley, with a focus on personal injury cases. The PA will work closely with healthcare professionals to deliver efficient, high-quality treatment in a supportive environment. This position offers a stable weekly schedule with no on-call responsibilities, supported by experienced staff to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and medical history reviews Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans Utilize EMR/EHR systems for documentation and patient record management Provide and recommend medical treatment and interventions based on clinical evaluation. Heavy interventional practice Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients regarding their diagnosis, treatment options, and progress Support the clinic's workflow by managing patient flow efficiently within scheduled hours Maintain compliance with all relevant medical standards and regulations Experience Prior experience in pain management or related medical fields is preferred but not mandatory Strong knowledge of medical treatment protocols and diagnostic evaluation techniques Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems is required Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration Ability to work independently within a fast-paced, supportive environment Join our team to make a meaningful difference in patients' recovery journeys while enjoying a balanced, efficient work schedule in a professional setting.
Pay:
From $175,000.00 per year
