We specialize in orthopedics, sports medicine, and dance/performing arts medicine, delivering high-level, individualized care to an active and diverse population. Our model is built on quality over volume with extended one-on-one treatment sessions, a collaborative team environment, and a commitment to exceptional patient outcomes. We integrate advanced manual therapy, strength and conditioning, Pilates-based rehabilitation, and sport- and performance-specific training to help our patients return to what they love while stronger and more resilient. We are seeking a full-time Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who is passionate about patient care, performance-based rehabilitation, and helping athletes, performers, and active individuals achieve their goals. Passionate about outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, and helping patients achieve exceptional outcomes. Interested in working with athletes, dancers, performing artists, and active individuals. Skilled in therapeutic exercise, movement analysis, patient education, and functional rehabilitation. A positive team player with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Motivated, dependable, and eager to continue learning and growing professionally. Committed to delivering an outstanding patient experience while supporting clinic growth and excellence. Requirements Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program. Current, active Nevada Physical Therapist Assistant License (required). CPR certification. Experience in outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine preferred; motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
