Aptos; mso-hansi-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-font-kerning:1.0pt; mso-ligatures:standardcontextual;} We are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our team as a full-time Site Physician Assistant in Brooklyn, New York. The Site PA will be responsible for the professional, clinical, organizational, and administrative aspects of providing high-quality medical care to patients at our Diagnostic Treatment Centers. This position is an excellent opportunity for a PA who enjoys caring for frail and elderly patients and is interested in providing comprehensive care in both a clinical setting and the home.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30 (1 hour lunch) Compensation & Benefits Base salary $158,000-$178,000 plus bonus Comprehensive full benefits package Full-time employment Combination of DTC-based and home-care services Collaborative interdisciplinary care environment Opportunity to develop long-term relationships with patients and their families

Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant Program. NCCPA Board Certification required. Current, active, unrestricted New York State Physician Assistant license. Current New York DEA registration. Current BLS certification. Active CAQH profile. Current Medicare and Medicaid provider IDs. Minimum of one year of experience working with a frail or elderly population preferred. Geriatric Medicine diploma, fellowship, or equivalent clinical experience preferred. Experience in geriatrics and/or palliative care preferred. Home-care experience preferred; candidates must be willing to provide home-care services. Excellent verbal, written, clinical, and interpersonal communication skills. No malpractice history or loss/restriction of license related to practice at the DTC.
