At ReGlow, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to patients suffering from chronic pain.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed Physician Assistant who is passionate about pain management and looking for an opportunity to work with a small team dedicated to patient care. The ideal candidate will have experience in pain management, but we are willing to train an enthusiastic professional with a strong medical background.
Responsibilities:
Conduct patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests to determine pain causes and develop appropriate treatment plans. Implement physician-directed therapies and manage follow-up care. Counsel and educate patients on treatment plans and pain management strategies. Assist in various pain management procedures under the supervision of our medical staff. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program. Current PA license in the state of New York. Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). Experience in pain management is preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to the highest level of patient care and ethics.
