401(k) Bonus based on performance Competitive salary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our growing Orthopedics and Pain Management practice. This is a full-time position with an established, supportive clinical team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Evaluating and treating patients with orthopedic and pain conditions Performing follow-up visits and treatment planning Administering injections as part of the pain management protocol Collaborating with physicians and clinical staff Accurate and timely documentation in EMR Willingness to travel to Western Nassau/Queens-based offices

Qualifications:

Licensed PA or NP in New York State Experience in Orthopedics and Pain Management preferred Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Spanish speaking
