Perks Base Salary:
$125,000-$188,000 (depending on experience and schedule)
Sign-On Bonus:
Up to $5,000 (based on experience)
Performance Bonus:
Up tp $45,000 quarterly performance incentive bonuses

Professional Development:
$1,000 annual CME allowance and internal leadership training. How You'll Make an Impact Clinical care & procedures: Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnose and build evidence-based treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions, order and interpret labs and imaging, and perform procedures like suturing, wound care, abscess drainage, joint injections, and splinting. Patient experience & flow: Support patients through their care journey with clear communication, run telemedicine visits, handle follow-ups (lab results, refills, messages), and partner with medical assistants, scribes, and front office staff to keep flow moving.
Tech-enabled documentation:
Document encounters in the EMR and use AI copilots for clinical decision support and streamlined workflow, keeping records timely and complete. Team collaboration & leadership: Work alongside supervising physicians and clinical staff, mentor interns and students, and join performance feedback and quality improvement. Flexibility & growth: Complete ongoing training, join monthly provider syncs and one-on-ones, and stay flexible with scheduling, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays. Requirements NYS PA license + NCCPA certification Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies EMR experience and strong HIPAA knowledge FMCSA certification or willingness to obtain within 3 months DEA preferred or willingness to obtain Suboxone and CDL certification New grads are welcome Ready to Practice Hands-On Medicine?
