Position Highlights Specialty:
Hospitalist Advanced Practice Providers (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) We welcome experienced and motivated Advanced Practice Providers who are passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered inpatient care. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program Current New York State licensure or eligibility for licensure National certification as an NP or PA Hospital medicine, internal medicine, critical care, emergency medicine, or inpatient experience preferred Strong clinical assessment, communication, and decision-making skills Ability to work independently overnight while collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams Opportunity Details Full-time Hospitalist APP position providing comprehensive inpatient care Perform admissions, patient evaluations, daily rounding, and discharge planning Manage acute and chronic medical conditions in collaboration with physician colleagues Coordinate care with specialists, nursing teams, case management, rehabilitation services, and ancillary departments Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives Opportunity to develop strong relationships with patients and families while providing continuity of care during hospitalization Flexible scheduling options designed to support work-life balance Supportive and collaborative physician and APP team environment Practice Location Canton-Potsdam Hospital (ICU Experience Preferred)Massena Hospital Additional Details EMR Platform:

$100,000.00- $200,000.
