Job Description We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and patient-centered Oncology Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary cancer care team on a full-time basis in Williamsville, New York. The Nurse Practitioner will work collaboratively with the supervising Medical Oncologist and healthcare team to provide comprehensive, evidence-based care for adult oncology and hematology patients throughout the continuum of treatment. This position offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients and families while providing high-quality care in a supportive and collaborative environment. Essential Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including obtaining medical histories and conducting physical examinations. Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions in adult oncology and hematology patients. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the supervising physician. Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with New York State regulations and organizational policies. Education And Experience Graduate of accredited program with Current NYS Physician Assistant Licensure and Active Board Certification, Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire. CPR certification and advanced life support certifications if relevant to practice area (ACLS, PALS, NRP) required.
