Job Description

Imagen is seeking a certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our onsite team at Mercy Health Lorain Hospital in Lorain, Ohio, on a part-time basis (2-3 days per week). This role focuses on fluoroscopy-guided procedures across a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient cases (~50/50 split), working alongside our onsite radiologist and Imagen's physician-led radiology group. Lorain sits on Ohio's North Coast with easy access to Cleveland, this role is a great fit for a PA who wants to live in either Lorain or the greater Cleveland area and enjoy a predictable, part-time schedule at the top of their license. You're supported by Imagen's operational, IT, and administrative teams, with dedicated procedure support staff (technologists) onsite Live Where You Want Lorain and Cleveland are both easy commutes to the site. Whether you want a quieter lakefront setting in Lorain or the amenities of Cleveland, this role works Your Day-to-Day You'll perform fluoroscopy-guided procedures across four core areas: GI studies

  • barium swallow, esophagram, upper GI, small bowel, and double-contrast colon studies Biliary contrast studies
  • fluoroscopic evaluation of the common bile duct and pancreatic ducts GYN and bladder studies
  • hysterosalpingography (HSG) and cystography Spine and needle-guidance procedures
  • myelogram injections, FL-guided spinal injections, and FL-guided needle placement for biopsy, aspiration, injection, or device localization What You Bring Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) in good standing (NCCPA) Active Ohio PA license, or eligibility to obtain Experience with fluoroscopy-guided procedures, including GI contrast studies, HSG/bladder studies, and spinal injections preferred Comfort working across both inpatient and outpatient case volumes Strong communication and collaboration skills Desire to work in a patient-facing, team-oriented hospital environment What We Offer 5 weeks of paid time off per year Competitive part-time compensation•$95,000+ for 2-3 days per week, commensurate with experience Malpractice coverage including tail Licensing and credentialing support Robust administrative, IT, and operational infrastructure so you can focus on patient care True work-life balance: part-time, daytime schedule•no call, no nights, no weekends Why Lorain and Cleveland?
