Job Type Full-time Description
POSITION OVERVIEW
This role will provide both clinical and surgical support in collaboration with our ENT physicians. This role includes outpatient clinic responsibilities, in-office procedures, and opportunities for first assist in the operating room, depending on experience and interest.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations including history-taking and physical exams. Diagnose and manage a variety of ear, nose, throat, and head & neck conditions. Order and interpret diagnostic tests including imaging and labs. Perform in-office procedures such as flexible laryngoscopy, ear debridement, nasal endoscopy, and minor skin lesion removals. Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, patient education, and ongoing follow-up. Document patient encounters in the electronic medical record (EMR) in a timely and accurate manner. Assist in surgical procedures in both the hospital and outpatient settings (optional/if applicable). Collaborate closely with physicians, audiologists, nurses, and other support staff. Participate in call coverage rotation (clinic only; no hospital call). Requirements
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
Education/Certification Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program. Current certification by the NCCPA. Active and unrestricted Ohio PA license (or eligibility for licensure). Previous experience in ENT or surgical specialties preferred, but new graduates with strong interest in otolaryngology are encouraged to apply. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Salary Description $120,000+ (Annual Bonuses)
