Qualifications Required:

PA-C with Oklahoma license in good standing

DEA & NPI BLS

certification Minimum3 years clinical experience (any specialty with psych experience preferred Preferred (Not Required): Psychiatry experience or Primary care/internal medicine background with strong interest in mental health Comfort with independent practice after onboarding Interest in interventional psychiatry (ketamine/Spravato) 4. Add a Transition-Friendly Onboarding Plan Primary care PAs transitioning into psychiatry will receive a structured onboarding period with lighter initial caseload, collaborative chart review, and ongoing provider support.
