Gynecology Physician Assistant High Lakes Gynecology | Praxis Health | Bend, Oregon High Lakes Gynecology, part of Praxis Health, is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our established gynecology practice in Bend, Oregon. This role is 100% gynecology, with no obstetrics, providing office-based evaluation and procedural care alongside our surgical gynecologists. What We're Looking For We're looking for a Physician Assistant with solid gynecology experience - a Women's Health Certification is a plus, but not required if you have equivalent hands-on gyn experience as a PA. Day-to-day, you'll be seeing patients independently and managing: Well woman exams Evaluation and treatment of abnormal/irregular uterine bleeding Management of PCOS and other menstrual disorders Colposcopy and biopsy, including endometrial and vulvar biopsy Hormone replacement therapy and menopausal symptom management Contraceptive counseling and management, including IUD and Nexplanon insertion/removal Evaluation and treatment of STIs Pessary fitting, removal, and cleaning Urinary incontinence evaluation Infertility counseling Minor in-office procedures (e.g., polypectomy, skin tag excision, treatment of condyloma) Prior experience with colposcopy and office-based procedures is important. Comfort with IUD/Nexplanon placement and biopsy procedures is expected from day one. High Lakes Gynecology Since 2008, High Lakes Gynecology has provided comprehensive gynecologic care for women throughout Central Oregon.
