The position involves evaluating and managing a wide range of sleep disorders, including obstructive sleep apnea, insomnia, hypersomnia, and parasomnias . The ideal candidate values clinical excellence, patient education, and continuity of care. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations. Provide annual follow-up visits and ongoing management of sleep disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with physicians on complex cases and treatment decisions. Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and healthy sleep practices. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with applicable healthcare regulations. Stay current with evidence-based practices and advances in sleep medicine. Qualifications Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program or equivalent education. Current certification and appropriate licensure to practice as a Physician Assistant/Physician Associate. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinical team. Strong clinical reasoning and analytical skills. Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with medical advancements. Interest or experience in sleep medicine is welcomed.
