Works in all areas and specialties of medicine, and is licensed to practice medicine but has less formal certification than a physician. Performs duties delegated by a physician such as recording patient medical histories, ordering diagnostic tests, or giving immunizations. May serve as the primary healthcare provider, in consultation with a part-time physician, in communities with limited health care resources.

- 6-12 shifts available each month.
Mandatory requirements:
BLS, ACLS, PALS
certifications (AHA/Red Cross accepted).Schedule Multiple shift options:
day, evening, and night shifts available. Commitment to 6-12 shifts per month as per your choice. Night shifts required for application. Practice Setting Diverse emergency department environment. Perform patient care and some administrative tasks. May assist with triage/tech during shifts. Requirements Active PA license and local to the area. Stroke certification required; NIHSS and Stroke CME must be current. Proficient in emergency department settings. Travel Accommodations No relocation required- drive-in position ideal for locals.
