8:00 AM-8:00 PM Approximately 20 Shifts Per Month No Call Provider Will Rotate Between Multiple Urgent Care Locations Sites Are Within Approximately 30 Miles of Each Other Patient Population /

Volume Patient Population:

All Ages, Including Pediatrics Age 6 Months+ Approximately 3-4 Patients Per Hour Clinical Responsibilities Provide Outpatient Urgent Care Services Evaluate and Treat Common Acute Illnesses and Minor Injuries Treat Cold and Flu Symptoms Evaluate and Treat Rashes, Abrasions, and Lacerations Manage Sprains and Minor Burns Perform Suturing and Wound Care Perform Incision and Drainage Perform Splinting and Basic Orthopedic Procedures Perform and Interpret X-Rays and EKGs Perform Blood Draws and Start IVs Provide Pediatric Urgent Care Refer Higher-Acuity Patients to the Emergency Department Work Independently Without Onsite Supervision Required Procedures / Skills Suturing Wound Care Incision and Drainage Splinting X-Rays EKGs Blood Draws IV Placement Pediatric Care Independent Practice Clinical Environment / Support Medical Assistants Available Onsite Radiology Technicians Available Onsite Sites Typically Staffed With 1-3 Providers Per Day Provider May Work Independently If a Physician Is Not Onsite, a Physician Will Be Remotely Available for Escalation Requirements Board Certified

• Required Active Pennsylvania License
• Required at Time of Application Candidates Requiring Licensure Will Not Be Accepted DEA Registration
• Required Pennsylvania CSR License
• Required ACLS
• Required BLS
• Required PALS
• Required Minimum of 2 Years of Urgent Care Experience OR 1 Year of Emergency Medicine Experience
• Required Must Be Comfortable Treating Patients of All Ages, Including Pediatrics Age 6 Months+ Must Be Comfortable With Orthopedic Procedures, Including Splinting Must Be Comfortable With Wound Care Must Be Comfortable Working Independently Drive-In Candidates Within Approximately 2-3 Hours of the Coverage Area
