Deliver high-quality critical care management for adult patients in an 18-bed ICU, collaborating closely with intensivists and a multidisciplinary care team. Perform advanced bedside procedures, including central line placement, arterial lines, and intubations, while providing timely interventions for critically ill patients. Lead the admission, ongoing management, and discharge planning of ICU patients, ensuring seamless, patient-centered care throughout their hospitalization. Practice with a high degree of autonomy during night coverage while exercising sound clinical judgment and partnering with physician colleagues as needed. Support a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning while helping deliver exceptional outcomes for patients and families facing complex critical illnesses. Qualifications Minimum Education:
Masters Degree For Nurse Practitioner. Required or Bachelors Degree For Physician Assistant. Required Masters Degree For Physician Assistant.
Preferred Work Experience:
1 year Relevant experience.
Required Licenses:
Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner Upon Hire Required or Licensed Physician Assistant Upon Hire Required and Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required or Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire Required Courses and Training:
BLS and/or ACLS as appropriate for the clinical role. Upon Hire Required and Nurse Practitioner - Completion of an accredited program for nurse practitioners and appropriate clinical specialty certification. Upon Hire Required or Physician Assistant - Graduate of accredited physician assistant program Upon Hire Required
