Job Overview Whole Health Orthopedic Institute is seeking an exceptional Physician Assistant to join our growing orthopedic team. This is not a traditional office-based PA position. We are looking for someone who wants to build a career around orthopedic surgery, procedural medicine, regenerative medicine, and increasing clinical independence. The successful candidate will spend approximately 3 days per week in the operating room working directly with Dr. Ryan Molli in his high-volume hip and knee replacement practice. The remaining days will primarily focus on developing and performing orthopedic and regenerative procedures, along with office-based patient care as needed. This position is designed for someone who wants to do more than simply step into an existing role. We want the right PA to help us continue building and expanding our surgical, procedural, regenerative medicine, and joint-preservation programs. Typical Weekly Schedule The anticipated schedule will generally consist of:

• Approximately 3 days per week in the operating room assisting Dr. Ryan Molli
• Approximately 2 days per week focused on orthopedic procedures, regenerative medicine, and office-based patient care
• Office responsibilities adjusted based on surgical and procedural needs The exact schedule may vary based on surgical volume and patient needs.

Surgery. Procedures. Clinical growth. Surgical Responsibilities The Physician Assistant will work directly with Dr. Ryan Molli throughout the surgical process, with a primary focus on hip and knee replacement.

Responsibilities may include:

• Serving as first assist during orthopedic surgical procedures
• Assisting with advanced hip and knee replacement procedures
• Preoperative patient preparation
• Intraoperative surgical assistance
• Postoperative management and follow-up
• Coordinating care for surgical patients
• Communicating with anesthesia, nursing, and operating room staff
• Assisting with patient education and preparation for surgery
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation The goal is for this PA to become an integral member of Dr.

Molli's surgical team with significant hands-on operating room experience. Procedural Orthopedics A major component of this position will be developing an independent procedural practice. Depending on training, experience, credentialing, and physician delegation, procedures may include:

• Joint injections
• Soft-tissue injections
• Ultrasound-guided orthopedic procedures
• PRP procedures
• Regenerative medicine procedures
• Biologic treatments
• Joint-preservation treatments
• Follow-up and management of procedural patients We want this individual to develop meaningful procedural expertise and increasing clinical independence over time.

Regenerative Medicine & Joint Preservation The Physician Assistant will have the opportunity to play an important role in continuing to develop our evidence-driven regenerative medicine and joint-preservation program.

Responsibilities and opportunities may include:

• Participating in regenerative orthopedic procedures
• Developing expertise in PRP and other biologic treatments
• Assisting with patient selection and treatment protocols
• Educating patients regarding treatment options
• Monitoring treatment outcomes
• Helping improve clinical pathways and protocols
• Identifying opportunities to expand regenerative and joint-preservation services We do not expect someone to arrive knowing everything.

We are looking for someone who wants to learn, develop expertise, and help build something meaningful. Office Responsibilities On non-surgical days, the PA will also participate in orthopedic office care as needed.

Responsibilities may include:

• Evaluating new and established orthopedic patients
• Performing orthopedic examinations
• Reviewing imaging and diagnostic testing
• Ordering appropriate testing and imaging
• Developing treatment plans in collaboration with physicians
• Managing postoperative patients
• Performing injections and office-based procedures

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
• NCCPA certification
• Current Pennsylvania Physician Assistant license or eligibility to obtain licensure
• BLS certification
• DEA registration or ability to obtain if required
• Orthopedic, surgical, or procedural experience preferred
• Surgical first-assist experience preferred
