$105/HR | Locum Tenens | ~20 Shifts/Month | 8 AM-8 PM | All Ages | Epic | No OT Provenir Healthcare is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time locum tenens Urgent Care opportunity in Uniontown, PA . The estimated start date is November 2, 2026 , with approximately 20 shifts per month and 8 AM-8 PM coverage. Providers must be comfortable treating patients of all ages, including pediatrics 6 months and older, and working independently. Position Highlights $105/hour 1099 Estimated 20 shifts per month 8 AM-8 PM , Monday-Sunday scheduling No overtime Estimated start date: November 2, 2026 Epic EMR Average patient volume: 3-4 patients per hour Medical assistants and radiology technicians onsite Typically 1-3 providers staffed per day Remote physician available for escalation when a physician is not onsite Providers will rotate between locations in Uniontown, Belle Vernon, Dunbar, and Mt. Pleasant All sites are within approximately 30 miles of one another Drive-in candidates only; ideal candidates live within a 2-3 hour radius For immediate consideration send CV/resumes to ssager@provenirusa.com Clinical Requirements Candidates must have: Minimum 2 years of Urgent Care experience OR 1 year of Emergency Medicine experience Experience treating pediatric patients 6 months and older Comfort working independently without direct supervision Experience with orthopedic procedures, including splinting Experience with wound care and suturing BLS, ACLS, and PALS Active DEA Procedures & Skills Providers should be comfortable with: Suturing, wound care, and I&Ds Splinting X-rays and EKGs Drawing blood and starting IVs Working independently Pediatric patients Qualifications Current NP/PA license Board Certified Active DEA Must be comfortable working autonomously 2+ years Urgent Care experience OR 1+ year Emergency Medicine experience Strong orthopedic and procedural skills, including splinting and wound care Text 210-591-7125 to schedule a time for a confidential call.
