This position offers strong work-life structure, specialty training in urology, and collaborative team environment. Duties Round on patients at multiple South Kansas City hospitals Evaluate and manage patients in the hospital and emergency department Collaborate closely with the on-call urologist Respond to after-hours calls from hospitals and emergency departments Perform urgent overnight evaluations as needed Learn and perform basic urologic procedures (training provided) Qualifications Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Strong clinical judgment and multitasking ability Excellent communication and teamwork skills Compassionate, patient-centered approach Urology or acute care experience preferred, but not required Schedule No clinical work from Monday morning through Thursday afternoon/evening Evening call coverage begins Thursday evening (from home) Hospital rounding: Every Saturday and Sunday Call coverage (from home): Thursday-Sunday evenings Time off: 4 weekends off per year Occasional overnight in-person evaluations fur urgent/emergent cases

Pay:

$130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
