What they do
A Physician Assistant provides medical care to patients, under the supervision of a physician or surgeon. Works in all areas and specialties of medicine, and is licensed to practice medicine but has less formal certification than a physician. Performs duties delegated by a physician such as recording patient medical histories, ordering diagnostic tests, or giving immunizations. May serve as the primary healthcare provider, in consultation with a part-time physician, in communities with limited health care resources.

Full-Time or Part-Time , flexible scheduling options. Clinic is open Mon - Fri, 8 AM - 5 PM. No call, evenings, or weekends.Broad Scope of Care:
Hybrid opportunity in internal medicine providing bread and butter adult primary care, while also providing general urology and urogynecology services.Compensation & Benefits:
The salary range for this role is $120,000 to $135,000 in base pay for full-time and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. Collaborate closely with supervising physicians and the clinical care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care Scribe services available to reduce documentation burden Nurse triage support team for workflow optimization Modern, fully equipped outpatient practice Opportunity to develop subspecialty expertise in a collegial, growth-oriented settingKey Responsibilities:
Perform and interpret diagnostic studies, order labs, and develop individualized treatment plans Conduct in-person and virtual patient visits utilizing our integrated telehealth platform Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)Qualifications:
Licensure:
Active, unrestricted Virginia license (or eligibility to obtain).Experience:
