Full-time schedules:

four 8-10 hour days or five 8-hour days, your choice (evening and weekend hours available). Mix of in-person and virtual appointments. Compensation & Benefits Choose the pay structure that fits you: a guaranteed base salary, a percentage of your individual revenue, or a blend of both. Expected Salary Range (full-time): $120,000-$200,000+ Guaranteed Base Pay (full-time): $120,000/year Medical, dental, vision, and HSA option 401(k) with employer matching Paid time off, paid CME, and malpractice coverage What You'll Do Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management visits across the lifespan (adolescents through older adults) in a fast-paced outpatient setting. Diagnose and treat the full range of psychiatric conditions using an evidence-based, patient-centered approach. Manage your own caseload, balancing access and availability with continuity of care. Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications, including stimulants, using sound clinical judgment. Incorporate Functional Psychiatry approaches for patients who prefer or need alternatives to traditional prescribing. Collaborate with therapists, prescribers, and MHCA's IOP team for coordinated, longitudinal care. Document efficiently in MHCA's EHR (InSync). Must-Haves Valid, unrestricted Arizona PA license; current DEA registration NCCPA certification in good standing; fingerprint clearance card (or ability to obtain) 2+ years of psychiatric/mental health experience Passion for direct clinical practice in a fast-paced, high-impact setting Helps to Have Experience with ADHD, autism, or child/adolescent psychiatric care Interest or training in Functional Medicine, TMS, or IOP Supervision This role practices under the supervision of MHCA's Supervising Physician, in accordance with Arizona collaborative practice requirements.
