- Nursing; Nurse Practitioner Degree Emphasis or Program Certificate equivalent 1 year
- Clinical experience Required Certifications/Registrations/Licenses Official Recognition as a Nurse Practitioner in the state the team member is working Prescriptive Authority for the state in which the team member is working Controlled Substance license for the state in which the team member is working. Federal DEA license CPR Certification
