Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Orthopaedic Physician Assistant to join our reputable practice in Hilton Head, with some travel to our other locations as needed. This role is ideal for a motivated orthopedic provider capable of delivering independent outpatient orthopedic care, although prior experience is not required. The successful candidate will work alongside experienced orthopedic surgeons and healthcare professionals in a busy, well-established practice committed to providing exceptional patient care. Responsibilities :
Provide comprehensive outpatient orthopedic care independently, including patient evaluations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. Educate patients on treatment options, injury prevention, and recovery processes. Maintain accurate documentation of patient encounters and treatment plans. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications:
Current NCCPA certification is required. Previous experience in orthopedics is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment. Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
