Neurosurgery Physician Assistant Opportunity in Northeast Tennessee Work and play in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains while taking advantage of one of the top PA Neurosurgery opportunities in the Southeast! Join a highly reputable, growing Neurosurgery practice. The multi-specialty practice is one of the most comprehensive providers of Neurosurgery, located in Johnson City, TN and Kingsport, TN, serving 1.3 million people in the Tri-Cities. This well-established group has served the Tri-Cities for over 18 years and is seeking a licensed PA. The group provides neurosurgical services to Johnson City Medical Center (JCMC), a Level I Trauma Center and outpatient only procedures at Holston Valley Medical Center in Kingsport, Tennessee. JCMC offers state-of-the-art neuro services and programs including: neuro-interventionalists, a Neuro ICU, a dedicated spine floor, and 24/7 critical care specialists. JCMC, and HVMC are part of Ballad Health. Ballad Health is an integrated healthcare system serving 29 counties of Northeast Tennessee, Southwest Virginia, Northwest North Carolina and Southeast Kentucky. Our system has 815+ physicians and advanced practitioners and was created to improve the health of the people we serve. Ballad Health operates a family of 21 hospitals, including a dedicated children's hospital, community hospitals, three critical access hospitals, a behavioral health hospital, an addiction treatment facility, long-term care facilities, home care and hospice services, retail pharmacies, outpatient services and a comprehensive medical management corporation. Highlights of the position Licensed PA Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient clinic setting Evaluate and treat patients in an inpatient setting Perform minor procedures including injections/aspirations Inpatient rounding in the hospital setting to include bedside procedures First Assist in OR Rotating call schedule with 15 other PAs at Level 1

5 full-time Neurosurgeons, 15 PAs Predominantly Adult Population Dedicated Neuro Surgery Suite at Level 1 Trauma Center Latest technology available including Stealth Technology;
