Physician Assistant Opening Orthopedic Sports/Surgery Arlington, Texas Texas Health Physicians Group has a Full Time Physician Assistant opportunity to join a busy patient centered orthopedic sports surgical practice. You'll have the opportunity to work alongside highly skilled orthopedic surgeons caring for athletes and active individuals of all ages assisting with surgical procedures, evaluating patients, developing treatment plans and helping patients return to the activities they love. Position Details:
Full Time Monday -Friday Schedule and assist with sideline coverage Competitive compensation includes a base salary and ortho surgical bonus Full Benefits Package including health, life, vision, dental, 401K, CME and malpractice. Clinic, OR responsibilities and assist with sideline coverage. Plan treatment and document using EPIC Requirements needed to apply: Active TX license and Physician Assistant certification. Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant Program New graduates with a strong interest in orthopedics are encouraged to apply Orthopedic sports medicine and/or OR experience is preferred Surgery Assist with Orthopedic Surgeon. The Physician Assistant ("PA") will be licensed as a physician assistant in the State of Texas and maintain such license in good standing at all times. Master's degree Physician Assistant required. The PA will report to the supervising physician and/or the Medical Director and will be responsible for meeting CME requirements to maintain certification and licensure. The PA's duties and responsibilities apply to the THPG patient population and assigned setting only.
