We need a full time Surgical Couselor with experience who wants a new challenge. Ideal candidate is detail-oriented, compassionate, professional, and possesses excellent oral and written communication skills Responsibilities include: Serve as a patient advocate Correspond affectively with doctors, insurance, and surgical facilities Obtain surgical payments Compose surgical charts and demographics prior to surgery Coordinating surgeries for two ophthalmic surgeons Knowledge of ophthalmic medical terminology and diagnosis with correlating surgical procedures. Strong attention to detail and follow through Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
