Job Description and Benefits:

Evaluate, follow up and treat psychiatry patients as guided by evidence-based care and under the supervision of a full-time Board-certified psychiatrist. Ability to manage mild-moderate mental illness cases only. Prescribe medications and/or psychotherapeutic treatments for mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders. No overnight or weekend inpatient calls. Collaborative Care model with access to counselors/therapists within the same practice. User-friendly electronic medical records system and dedicated IT support. Dedicated supervision time during the week to meet with the psychiatrist individually. Malpractice insurance is covered by the employer. Compensation is productivity-based and includes a competitive base salary, comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, retirement, continuing medical education, paid time off, medical professional liability, and much more. Salary includes both base pay and productivity bonus option. Candidates are evaluated through in-person interviews. Salary commensurate with experience and resume.
