May serve as the primary healthcare provider, in consultation with a part-time physician, in communities with limited health care resources.

About the Job Physician Assistant Opportunity - El Paso, Texas We are seeking a compassionate, experienced PA who is comfortable working with geriatric patients and understands the unique needs of patients in nursing home environments. This position offers an outstanding Monday through Friday schedule with no evenings and no weekend responsibilities, providing an excellent work-life balance.
Position Highlights:
Full-time Physician Assistant position. Competitive first-year salary of $140,000. W-2 employment. Full benefits package. Monday through Friday schedule. No weekends. No evening responsibilities. Opportunity to work in nursing home and long-term care settings. Spanish-speaking candidates are preferred.
Requirements:
Current Physician Assistant credentials and applicable licensure. Experience caring for geriatric and long-term care patients strongly preferred. Ability to work independently while collaborating with the healthcare team. Strong communication and patient care skills. Spanish-speaking ability is preferred.
