InGenesis is currently seeking a Physician's Assistant to work at Fort Hood . In this role, you will provide a full range of Physician Assistant services in support of the Deployment Readiness Center (DRC), Medical Evaluations Board (MEB), and Integrated Disability Evaluation System (IDES) Job Duties Supervise and provide general screening, medical care, and examinations of patients. both pre and post deployment. Provide immunizations and counsel patients as indicated. Direct and teach other staff providing evidenced-based educational lectures. Participate in in-service training to staff members. Diagnose and treat patients with common acute conditions, chronic illnesses, or minor trauma. Educate patients through annual physicals on positive health behaviors and self-care. Promote preventive care and health maintenance through formal and individual counseling. Recognize conditions requiring isolation and ensure precautions are used in patient encounters.

Minimum Qualifications Degree :

Master's degree in Physician Assistant educational program accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education of the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA)

Certification:

Current

BLS/ACLS.

Current board certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)

Experience:

2 years of PA experience

Licensure:

Current, full, active, and unrestricted license as a
