At USACS, care teams are fully supported, appropriately staffed, and structured so APPs can focus on patient care without unnecessary administrative burden. We're adding a Hospitalist Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to our team at Ascension Seton Hays in Kyle, Texas.

Practice Highlights:

Daily Encounters:

27 7-on / 7-off schedule Swing shift schedule (11 AM - 11 PM) Collaborative Physician and APP team model Closed ICU with intensivist support

Cerner May qualify for the PSLF program through USACS partnership eligibility What your practice will look like: You'll work in a structured hospitalist program with strong Physician and APP collaboration. The model supports efficient workflows, defined roles, and team-based care, allowing for consistent, high-quality inpatient care across a diverse patient population.

Ascension Seton Hays is the largest medical campus in Hays County, serving one of the fastest-growing regions in Texas, including Kyle, Buda, and south Austin. The hospital offers advanced specialty care and continues to expand to meet growing community demand.
