We encourage Veterans to apply! Republic Amusements is a full-service Amusement Vending company with an immediate opening in the Midland/Odessa area. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our team in Midland. Qualified candidates will be comfortable working with numbers, accurate and detail-oriented team player, dependable and trustworthy. The schedule for this role is Wednesday through Sunday, 10:00am to 6:00pm.

Duties:

Oversees reconciliation of daily collections, deposit logs and preparation for bank deposits. Hands-on role within daily operations of business Daily cash handling and money-counting. Data entry in various systems. Assists with field collections as needed Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills in responding to all inquiries. Performs other duties as assigned or requested. Position reports to the Territory Manager. Skills Task prioritization, time management and the ability to communicate clearly Proficient in MS Office - specifically Excel Qualified candidates must: Have a valid Driver's License and clean driving record (MVR required) Pass a Background Check (required) Position requires extensive sitting, and bending. Physical demands might include occasionally assisting with moving items in the warehouse. Must be able to easily lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
