Overview Unified Women's Healthcare of Texas is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join a thriving, well-established women's health practice in Weatherford, Texas , just west of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. This is an exciting opportunity for a provider who is passionate about women's health and interested in developing expertise in gynecology, prenatal care, and surgical first assist. Established, growing practice with 5 OB/GYN physicians and 2 Advanced Practice Providers Collaborative, physician-led environment with strong mentorship and training opportunities Diverse clinical experience across gynecology and Obstetrics Surgeries and deliveries Medical City Weatherford Competitive compensation package Comprehensive benefits package including: Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Medical malpractice coverage CME allowance Paid vacation time & holidays Life insurance Position Highlights The Physician Assistant will provide comprehensive women's healthcare services, including: Gynecologic care for adolescent and adult patients Prenatal and obstetrical support services Surgical first assisting in OB/GYN procedures Preventive and wellness care Menopause management and Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) Patient education and counseling Follow-up care and care coordination Ideal Candidate Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program Current or eligible Texas PA licensure Passion for women's health and patient-centered care Strong interpersonal and communication skills Interest in gynecology, prenatal care, and surgery Experience with in-office gynecologic procedures is highly desirable but not required Surgical first assist experience is preferred but not required. Note:
Due to hospital credentialing requirements, we are primarily seeking Physician Assistants for this role. Nurse Practitioners cannot be considered unless they hold Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) certification and meet hospital surgical first assist credentialing requirements.
