Job Description
Experienced Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (NP/PA) — Family Medicine $50-$70/hour, depending on experience | Part-time with opportunity for full-time | Flexible schedule Tired of practicing medicine on a treadmill? If you're seeing 20+ patients a day, rushing through 10- or 15-minute visits, spending your evenings catching up on charts, and carrying an ever-growing administrative burden—with little meaningful physician collaboration—there is a different way to practice. Voyage Clinics is looking for an experienced, motivated NP or PA to join our primary care team. We believe great healthcare takes time. Our clinicians typically see just 6-12 patients per day , giving you the flexibility to listen, think, collaborate, follow up, and deliver the kind of care that brought you into medicine in the first place. We're building a sustainable model for both our clinicians and the communities we serve—communities that are too often underserved by a fragmented and expensive healthcare system. What You'll Do We practice traditional, full-spectrum family medicine and care for patients throughout their lives—from newborns to seniors . Your practice may include acute and chronic care, preventive medicine, pediatrics, women's and men's health, sports medicine, dermatology, hormone health, and performance medicine. Some light telehealth and direct patient communication are part of the role. You won't be practicing on an island. You'll be part of a genuinely collaborative team of physicians and clinicians who discuss cases, share knowledge, and are available when you need another set of eyes or simply want to talk through a difficult patient. What We're Looking For We're looking for an NP or PA who is clinically experienced, curious, compassionate, and comfortable with the breadth of family medicine. 7+ years of experience a plus! Someone who enjoys getting to know their patients and wants enough time to actually take care of them. Someone who values physician collaboration without being micromanaged. And someone who wants to work in an innovative practice that isn't afraid to rethink how healthcare is delivered.
