Democratic, Physician-Owned & Managed Group About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our Hospitalist team at Inova Fair Oaks Hospital in Fairfax, Virginia. This is a full-time swing-shift position with a stable, democratic, physician-owned and managed group that has partnered with hospitals for more than 30 years. • Average 12 shifts per month Practice at Inova Fair Oaks Hospital in Fairfax, Virginia Stable, private, physician-owned and managed group Collaborative hospitalist team with strong physician support Flexible scheduling designed to support work-life balance Employed position with comprehensive benefits Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation with an average range of $97
• $102 per hour Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, CME, malpractice, and 401(k) Stable, long-term opportunity in a physician-led group Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program Current or eligible Virginia Physician Assistant license Hospitalist, inpatient medicine, internal medicine, or other acute-care experience preferred Minimum of 1-2 years of hospital-based experience preferred Strong clinical judgment and ability to work collaboratively with physicians, APPs, nursing, and other members of the care team Why Join Us?
