Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, and travel reimbursements (if applicable) Robust referral bonus program What You'll Do Provide urgent care services for a diverse outpatient patient population Assist with patient evaluations, diagnostics, and treatment plans Perform procedures including suturing, I&D, splinting, and minor trauma care Interpret diagnostic tests such as X-Rays and EKGs Document patient encounters accurately in Epic EMR Manage episodic injuries and illnesses efficiently Collaborate with team members to ensure quality patient outcomes What You Need Virginia PA license with current certification Minimum of 1+ years of urgent care or outpatient experience Strong procedural skills, including suturing, I&D, and splinting Excellent communication and patient management skills About the Assignment Join a leading healthcare facility in Midlothian, VA, providing critical urgent care services to a broad patient population.
