system Support clinical continuity during on/off rotation periods Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols What You Need Valid medical license in Virginia or eligibility to obtain one Experience or strong interest in cardiothoracic surgery preferred Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills Ability to adapt to a fast-paced hospital environment Commitment to patient-centered care About the Assignment This assignment at a leading facility in Portsmouth, VA, involves supporting a busy cardiothoracic surgery team with inpatient responsibilities and outpatient follow-up care.
