We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physician Assistant (PA) or Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) to join our orthopedic pain management clinic. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work closely with a team of experienced orthopedic physicians to provide high-quality, patient-centered care focused on managing acute and chronic musculoskeletal pain.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical history, physical exams, and pain assessments Diagnose and manage orthopedic-related pain conditions, including back, neck, joint, and nerve pain Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians Prescribe medications and manage pharmacologic pain treatments within scope of practice Administer or assist with interventional pain procedures (e.g., joint injections, trigger point injections, nerve blocks) Educate patients on pain management strategies, treatment plans, and follow-up care Order and interpret diagnostic tests (X-rays, MRIs, labs) to support clinical decision-making Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems Coordinate care with physical therapy, surgery, or other specialties as needed Participate in case reviews, staff meetings, and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

Current licensure as a PA or ARNP in the state of [Insert State] NCCPA or board certification as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, etc.) DEA license and ability to prescribe controlled substances Experience in orthopedics, pain management, or related specialties preferred Excellent communication, diagnostic, and patient education skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
