Requirements Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Active Washington State license or eligibility through IMLC Active DEA registration Current BLS certification Recent outpatient urology experience Surgical first assisting experience required Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills Facility & Support Established Urology Department Epic EMR Dedicated clinical support staff 14-bed department Approximately 22 patients per shift INDITP Locum Urology Physician Assistant We are seeking two experienced Urology Advanced Practice Providers (PA) for a full-time locum tenens opportunity with a leading healthcare organization in Richland, Washington . This position offers a combination of outpatient urology clinic responsibilities, surgical first assisting, and call coverage in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Position Highlights Full-time locum assignment starting November 2026 Ongoing coverage until permanent providers are hired Monday through Friday schedule Clinic hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (or 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM) Mix of outpatient clinic and surgical first assisting One day per week assisting in surgery on average Overnight and weekend call responsibilities Call rotation approximately 1:4 Inpatient and outpatient practice setting Long-term coverage opportunity Responsibilities Provide comprehensive urology patient care in the outpatient clinic setting Assist urologists in surgical procedures Participate in inpatient rounding and care as needed Provide weeknight and weekend beeper call coverage Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
