Growing Multispecialty Practice Location :
Appleton, WI Specialties :
Rheumatology | Medical Gastroenterology | Allergy & Immunology | Functional Medicine | Endocrinology About the Opportunity a growing and well-established dermatology practice is expanding into a multi specialty healthcare model and is seeking experienced Physician Assistants to join its expanding clinical team. We are interested in PAs with experience in Rheumatology, Medical Gastroenterology, Allergy & Immunology, or Functional Medicine. Candidates do not need experience in all specialties; expertise in one of these areas is sufficient. Position Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients within your area of specialty. Develop individualized treatment plans and provide ongoing patient management. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. Coordinate care for patients with complex or overlapping medical conditions. Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, medications, and preventative care. Perform appropriate office-based procedures related to your specialty. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Participate in the development of a collaborative multispecialty practice model. Provide high-quality, patient-centred care while working closely with the physician-led team.
Ideal Candidate :
Current Physician Assistant (PA-C) certification. Active Wisconsin PA license or eligibility for Wisconsin licensure. Clinical experience in at least one of the following: Rheumatology Medical Gastroenterology / Digestive Disorders Allergy & Immunology Functional Medicine / Endocrinology Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills. Comfortable working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare providers. Interested in contributing to the growth of a developing multispecialty practice.
Pay:
$89,876.38 - $115,238.22 per year
