$162.24 Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, and travel reimbursements (if applicable) Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated team support throughout your assignment What You'll Do Assist in adult cardiothoracic surgical procedures, including cardiac bypass, valve repair/replacement, and other complex surgeries Support surgical teams during preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases Utilize robotic surgical equipment and assist with special procedures in the cardiothoracic operating room Document patient information accurately in Epic EMR Collaborate with surgeons, RNs, and other staff to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes Participate in on-call rotations, providing coverage during nights and weekends as scheduled What You Need Active Wisconsin Physician Assistant license Certification inBLS, ACLS DEA
