Industrial Medical Provider Advanced -
PRN Locations:
Milwaukee, Menomonee Falls, Cudahy, Oconomowoc, Wauwatosa, Brookfield, West Bend, Jefferson, New Berlin, WI Employment Type:
PRN (as needed) About the Role We are seeking a PRN Industrial Medical Provider Advanced (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to deliver high-quality occupational and industrial medical services across multiple onsite employer locations in southeastern Wisconsin. This flexible, as-needed role is ideal for a provider who values autonomy, variety in their schedule, and the opportunity to work within employer-based clinic environments. Key Responsibilities Provide evaluation, treatment, and follow-up care for work-related injuries and illnesses Conduct routine occupational health services, which may include physicals, screenings, wellness checks, and return-to-work evaluations Perform point-of-care testing and basic diagnostic procedures Document all patient encounters accurately within designated EMR systems Collaborate with onsite teams, safety managers, and remote medical directors (when applicable) Maintain compliance with state and federal occupational health standards Travel to assigned employer locations as needed Schedule & Coverage PRN | As Needed Hours are not guaranteed Coverage opportunities may include hours between 4am -12am Locations may include: Milwaukee, Menomonee Falls, Cudahy, Oconomowoc, Wauwatosa, Brookfield, West Bend, Jefferson, and New Berlin, Wisconsin Qualifications Active Wisconsin license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) (required) Certification through an accredited body (AANP, ANCC, NCCPA) BLS Certification (required) Experience in occupational health, urgent care, emergency medicine, family practice, or similar setting preferred Ability to work independently with strong clinical judgment Reliable transportation to travel between work sites Skills & Competencies Excellent communication and patient education skills Confidence in autonomous practice Strong assessment, critical thinking, and documentation abilities Professionalism and adaptability in diverse workplace environments What We Offer Competitive PRN hourly rates Flexible scheduling Opportunities to support a variety of manufacturing warehouses and facilities A collaborative team environment focused on employee health and workplace safety
