We are seeking a Board-Certified Family or Internal Medicine Physician to join our growing, team-based primary care practice in Fairbanks, Alaska. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced physician who is passionate about preventive medicine, relationship-based care, and improving patient outcomes through a collaborative, value-based care model.
Position Highlights:
Manageable patient volume of 10-15 patients per day Extended appointment times (20-60 minutes) Collaborative, team-based care model Dedicated clinical support team, including health coaches Focus on preventive, value-based, whole-person care Leadership opportunities within a growing organization
Compensation & Benefits:

Employee Assistance Program Qualifications:
MD or DO from an accredited medical school Completion of an accredited Family or Internal Medicine Residency program Current Board Certification through ABFM, ABIM, or AOA Minimum of 3 years of primary care experience Current, unrestricted Alaska medical license (or ability to obtain) Current DEA registration Documentation of a negative TB test within 12 months prior to start date Experience practicing in a team-based care environment Experience with electronic medical records preferred Knowledge of medical coding and documentation, including Medicare Advantage and HCC coding Proficiency with Google Workspace #AAS
