Job Description
Our client in Alaska is seeking a skilled Physician specializing in Obstetrics/Gynecology for a 90-day assignment starting Jul 21, 2026. This role involves a comprehensive range of obstetric and gynecological duties, including various delivery types, amniocentesis, and managing both low and high-risk pregnancies, with schedule details to be determined. Responsibilities and Duties Perform amniocentesis. Conduct routine deliveries, including vaginal and low forceps. Make critical decisions regarding c-sections. Manage complicated deliveries. Provide care for low-risk pregnancies. Oversee high-risk pregnancies. Interpret FHR (NST/CST/FSE). Perform and interpret OB Ultrasounds, including Level I/Screening (viability) and Level II/Targeted (anatomic) studies. Additional Information Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology required. Experience with Athenahealth and Cerner EMR systems.
