Job Description
- Urology Opportunity
- Hospital-Employed with Partnership Option
- Board-certified or board-eligible Urology MD/DO sought for a high-demand general urology practice.
- Practice highlights
- Full-time mix of clinic and surgery
- General urology with the option to develop a niche
- Robotics available (da Vinci Si and Xi) — not required
- Shared group call
- Modern EMR (Paragon) used across the hospital and practices
- Collegial, low-ego environment with physicians who have a long track record of consistent bonuses
- Partnership option
- Existing partners own the medical office building (lease income) and the lithotripsy unit (additional procedure income)
- Partnership buy-in: $80,000 over 16 months, structured so the new partner is profitable before the note is paid off
- Hospital-employed path remains available for those who prefer it
- Compensation
- Two-year income guarantee of $600,000 plus production bonus
- Signing bonus: $50,000
- 100,000 Strong long-term earning potential in a practice already performing well above MGMA 90th percentile.
