  • Hospital-Employed with Partnership Option
  • Board-certified or board-eligible Urology MD/DO sought for a high-demand general urology practice.
New graduates (2023 and 2024) are welcome, as are H-1B and J-1 candidates. Visa expenses are covered and green card sponsorship is available through established rural programs (Conrad 30 / ARC). The practice is growing because of strong community need. Current urologists are operating at the 90th percentile and the group is adding a physician to meet demand. The role can remain hospital-employed long term or transition to partnership.

  • Compensation
  • Two-year income guarantee of $600,000 plus production bonus
  • Signing bonus: $50,000
  • 100,000 Strong long-term earning potential in a practice already performing well above MGMA 90th percentile.
