Position Highlights Outpatient primary care focused exclusively on adults 65+ Longer, intentional visit times designed for preventive and personalized care Monday through Friday schedule with a dedicated lunch hour Patient interactions grounded in quality and outcomes, not volume metrics Comprehensive support staff including pharmacy resources, care coordinators, health coaches, and patient navigators Manageable patient panels that allow for meaningful, relationship-driven care Practice Environment Fully outpatient clinical setting Expected patient volume of 10 to 15 per day Dedicated teams supporting chronic care management and preventive health Access to decision-support tools, dashboards, and advanced analytics Guidance and collaboration with regional physician leadership Streamlined workflows and infrastructure designed to reduce administrative burden so you can focus on patient care Compensation and Benefits Guaranteed base salary with a quality-based incentive structure with strong bonus of 100K+ potential Four weeks of PTO plus paid holidays Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and supplemental benefits 401(k) program with company match CME allowance and professional development support Malpractice insurance, medical license, and DEA renewal fees covered Candidate Requirements MD or DO with an active or eligible Florida medical license Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics Three or more years of outpatient primary care experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply Strong commitment to senior-focused, value-based care Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, patient-centered approach Ability to thrive in a team-based model focused on exceptional patient service Why Our Community?
