Job Description

Hospitalist - Nocturnist 2 OPENINGS We invite dedicated and skilled Internal Medicine physicians to explore an exciting opportunity as a Hospitalist Nocturnist. This role is embedded within a dynamic and supportive hospital environment, renowned for its comprehensive care and advanced medical services. Key Responsibilities Provide care for unassigned patients presenting to the Emergency Department requiring inpatient treatment. Admit and collaborate with intensivists for critical care patients, with no procedural requirements. Manage patients within a Clinical Decision Unit and support inpatient consultations. Benefit from 24/7 pulmonary and critical care support, as well as round-the-clock access to subspecialty expertise. No on-call duties required, ensuring a balanced work schedule. Schedule and Work Environment Nocturnists work a minimum of 12 shifts per month with flexible scheduling to promote work-life balance. Work in a Level 2 Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center, one of only two in the state. Engage with multidisciplinary teams in a robust inpatient medical service. Compensation and Benefits Attractive base salary with additional productivity incentives. Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance offered. Candidate Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Previous hospitalist experience preferred, though new graduates are welcome to apply.
