HealthYes Staffing Network is recruiting a board-certified or board-eligible Urologist for a permanent, hospital-employed opportunity with an established regional medical center in Southeast Alabama. Join a respected, growing group of five urologists with immediate patient volume, an established referral network, four supporting nurse practitioners, and modern surgical technology. The position offers broad general adult urology with the flexibility to develop a subspecialty area based on your interests. Physicians completing training in 2027 or 2028 are encouraged to apply. Position Highlights Permanent, full-time, hospital-employed position Join an established team of five urologists Immediate patient volume and strong regional referrals General adult urology with subspecialty-development flexibility Shared 1:6 call rotation Support from four experienced nurse practitioners Clinic, hospital, and operating rooms conveniently located on one campus No travel between multiple practice locations Access to modern surgical technology, including the da Vinci robotic platform Epic electronic medical record system New graduates and experienced urologists considered 2027 and 2028 residency graduates welcome Responsibilities Evaluate and treat adult patients with a broad range of urologic conditions Provide outpatient consultations and longitudinal urologic care Perform appropriate diagnostic, endoscopic, minimally invasive, robotic, and surgical procedures Manage conditions involving the kidneys, bladder, urinary tract, prostate, and male reproductive system Provide inpatient consultations and postoperative care Participate in the shared urology call rotation Collaborate with nurse practitioners, hospitalists, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Support clinical quality, patient-safety, and performance-improvement initiatives Qualifications MD or DO degree Completion of an accredited Urology residency program Board certified or board eligible in Urology Eligible for an unrestricted Alabama medical license Appropriate training and eligibility for hospital clinical privileges Strong surgical judgment, communication, and patient-care skills Current residents graduating in 2027 or 2028 are encouraged to apply Compensation and Benefits Estimated base compensation of $450,000-$600,000 annually $100,000 signing bonus Employer-funded retirement plan Student-loan repayment options Public Service Loan Forgiveness-eligible employer Paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage Medical, disability, and life insurance CME and professional-dues allowances Paid candidate interview expenses On-site employee fitness facility The compensation range is an estimate based on current specialty-market information and comparable opportunities.
