Job Description

Baldwin Health is seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician (MD or DO) to join our outpatient practice at GlenLakes in rapidly growing Baldwin County. This is an opportunity offering immediate full-panel volume from day one. Step into a turn-key outpatient role with fully secured space, dedicated clinical staff, an established patient base, and direct access to a thriving specialty service line and hospital network. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive, patient-centered outpatient primary care to an active, established patient panel while accommodating new growth. Transition seamless care continuity for departing physician's patients while building collaborative relationships within the practice. Work effectively alongside Certified Registered Nurse Practitioners (CRNPs), clinical support teams, and health system peers. Support strategic growth initiatives by driving integration with Baldwin Health specialty service lines.

Qualifications Experience Physician Education:
MD or DO from an accredited institution.
Specialty:
Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
License:
Eligible for an unrestricted Alabama medical license.
