This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality expertise in a lively, fun atmosphere. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with cigar/tobacco needs. Take beverage orders accurately, utilizing POS systems such as Exatouch POS. Serve beverages ensuring presentation standards are met. Maintain cleanliness of the lounge area, including bussing tables, dishwashing, and general sanitation to uphold food safety standards. Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments using POS systems; provide receipts and change as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Skills Previous experience in bartending and/or cigars in a plus!! Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests, coworkers and management. Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques including coffee making, cocktail service, and barista skills are advantageous. Experience operating POS systems such as Exatouch; cash handling expertise required. Ability to multitask efficiently in a lively environment while maintaining attention to detail.
